February 2017 - Jessica Allard

The Rochester Public Library is pleased to present an exhibit of paintings and mixed media artwork by Rochester resident, Jessica Allard.

Jessica says "The majority of my work explores the relationship between memory and identity." Although the large pieces displayed in this exhibit are clearly personal, they succeed in Allard's aim of touching on the universal.

Allard studied art at the New Hampshire Institute for Art. She also studied at Gordon College and has attended numerous workshops. Allard's work has been exhibited at studios around New Hampshire, receiving awards.

Jessica Allard's work will be exhibited on the first floor of the Library through the month of February.

The Rochester Public Library is located at 65 South Main Street. For more information please call 332-1428
